1. We restrict the use of the information you provide.

We adhere to the principle of limiting the processing of the personal data you provide. If you use MEA without authorization, we do not process your personal data, as we do not have information that could unambiguously identify you.
When creating an account (authorization), you need to provide an email address and password (hereinafter referred to as "Access Credentials"). During authorization, we process the following data provided by you:
- Email address,
- Banking data, namely: data obtained from your servicing bank during the session and data import of banking information, including all data about such a session and data about your accounts and transactions. We do not process banking data, including authorization data, session identifier data, and card numbers.
We do not disclose to third parties information about the email address you used for authorization unless otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy or User Agreement. However, we recommend that you choose the highest level of confidentiality when selecting access credentials for your MEA account.

2. You are responsible for the unavailability of your access credentials to your account.

Since the email address is the only link between the information contained in the account and your identity, we strongly recommend using an email address not associated with your data from social networks or your name and surname. If you decide to use an email address associated with your personal data, keep the password and the fact of using the email address to access your MEA account confidential. We recommend that you delete the welcome message sent to the email address when creating an account after reading it and under no circumstances provide your data to third parties. If you suspect that your data is being used by third parties, immediately change your password. We are not responsible for the use of your account by third parties.

3. How we use the data you provide.

We commit not to exchange, transmit, or sell in any way the personal data you provide to third parties unless it is related to the execution of the User Agreement. The transfer of your personal data is permitted to MEA partners who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations for the proper provision of information services according to the User Agreement.
We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for the following purposes:
- Informing about news, updates to MEA services,
- Providing functionality of MEA services,
- Sending advice on using MEA services and answering questions related to technical support for MEA,
- Analysis and monitoring of the effectiveness of MEA operation, improving MEA services.

4. We guarantee the protection and encryption of your data.

We use all possible electronic and physical means to protect your information. We store your password in encrypted form so that your password can only be recovered through the standard password recovery procedure via email.

5. Changes.

We reserve the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy. The date of the last edition of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the beginning of the page. Changes come into effect after publication on the mea.com website.
